Warm greetings from Kabale University.

I write to inform you that Kabale University Board of Trustees which sat on 17th July 2010, under Minute 10/13/10 resolved that there be a Retreat as provided for in the Charter, Article 17 (8). This is to invite you for the above mentioned Retreat. Reporting date is on the evening of the 16th and departure is on the morning of 19th September 2010. The purpose of this Retreat is to enable members of the Governing Organs and Management meet and discuss the developments made so far, plans underway and get to know each other more closely.

Lodging and meals are catered for by the University. Those who find it convenient to travel by Kabale University Bus shall converge at Kabale University, Kikungiri Campus on 16th September by 10:00 am and travel as a group. More information shall be communicated in due course.

You are requested to confirm your attendance by 16th August 2010, so as to assist the organising committee in planning.
