Mr. Barigye Godfrey is pursuing a PhD in Community Development Projects using Indigenous Knowledge at Mbarara University of Science and Technology-Uganda in collaboration with Uganda Martyrs University-Nkozi, Uganda. He is a lecturer in Public Administration and Management studies at Kabale University both at Under- Graduate and Postgraduate levels: he worked as the Coordinator for Examinations and helps in preparation of Proposal and Viva Voce defenses for postgraduates. He is a visiting lecturer at Universte Libre de Kigali (ULK), Head of Programmes for Business Administration and Management (BAM) at Uganda Martyrs University- Nyamitanga Campus, Uganda. He is a versatile Researcher, Consultant and Director of BAN Consults-Uganda and GAM Consults-Rwanda. He has published a book titled Local Governments and Waste Management: A case study of Mbarara Municipal Council with LAP-Publishers:EAN-9783659216497. He is a co-author of another book titled ‘Domestic Violence and Family Stability in Uganda: A case of Kakoba Division, Mbarara Municipality.’ He has supervised more than 50 students’ Dissertations at Postgraduate level and more than 20 Research Reports for Undergraduate studies at Kabale University.

Tibenderana Naricicir (M.Ed,B.A.Edn,PGD Business Administration and management ,Cert PPM)
Tibenderana Nacicicr,a former Principal of Uganda College of Commesce (UCC) now retired ,is currently a Senior Lecturer at Kabale University .He served as a lecturer and Head of Education Department at Uganda Christian University,Bishop Barham College 2000-2004. Tibenderana N teaches Management and Business Courses.He is also a co-ordinator for Short Courses and Staff Seminars .He is in charge of Non Formal Training Programme sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Sports. The programme is to equip the Youths with skills for gainful employment.
Tibenderana N has a passion for Quality Assurance and serves as Assistant Co-ordinator in the Quality Assurance Unit at Kabale University. He has attended several trainings under the Uganda Universities Quality Assurance Forum.(UUQAF). His Masters Degree Dissertation at Manchester University was “Total Quality Management – Lessons for Schools “. Tibenderana is a research supervisor at both Post Graduate and under Graduate studies
Byamugisha Odomaro is a Lecturer at Kabale University in the Department of Development Studies. He holds a Masters in Development studies specializing in Microfinance. He has a 25 years experience in microfinance, having worked as a Senior Manager in Centenary Bank and a Microfinance Officer in UNDP-funded projects promoting microfinance in Uganda. As an interested writer, he contributes Articles to quarterly publication of Microfinance Banker, a publication of The Uganda Institute of Bankers and Financial Services. He has also published, through Association of Microfinance Institutions in Uganda (AMFIU), a Working Paper on Management and Performance of Agricultural Credit by Savings and Credit Cooperative Organisations in Kabale District.
Mugisha Abbas holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSS Hons) from Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource management, (PGD HRM) of Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU), and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies of Makerere University. He taught at Kampala International University, from 2007 to 2011. While at KIU, he coordinated Institute of Open Distance learning. Currently he is a Lecturer at Kabale University, Department of Development Studies.
